"Rocky is a bad-ass, industry disrupting attorney representing equally bad-ass industry disrupting clients."

Hailing originally from Charleston, South Carolina, Rocky has extensive experience as a lawyer. After spending over 5 years in Central Europe and Prague, Czech Republic, Rocky has returned to Private Practice in Atlanta.

Rocky’s private practice experience includes Georgia workers compensation, personal injury, complex civil litigation, products liability, wrongful death and aggressive DUI defense. In early 2014, seeking a change in pace, Rocky accepted a position as General Counsel with a US Government contractor. This precision steel fabricator had facilities in Charleston, SC and Johannesburg, South Africa with US Government contracts and subcontracts with Boeing and General Dynamics Land Systems. As General Counsel Rocky provided a broad range of legal experience in advising/counseling senior executives on complex corporate matters including government contracting and business strategy.

Thereafter, in 2015 Rocky moved to Prague, Czech Republic where he sat for the United States Foreign Service Officer Test with the U.S. State Department at the US Embassy in Prague, Czech Republic. In 2016 Rocky joined the prestigious Institute for International Relations Prague (IIR). IIR is a renowned Central European think-tank that performs advanced research in international relations, conflict resolution, terrorism, asymmetrical warfare and European Union policy analysis for both diplomatic consumption and foreign policy formation for the Czech Republic’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Rocky’s position with the IIR provided him with incredible opportunities unavailable to many outside of government service as he attended numerous high-level symposiums and conferences at the Czech Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Czech/EU security, topics on Russia/Ukraine security, nuclear security and testing, and participated in translations for papers into English on Czech Foreign Relations that were provided to various Diplomatic, Embassy and Consulate Missions in Prague.

While at IIR, Rocky had the opportunity to attend high-level functions at various Embassies and Consulates that broadened his overseas experience and allowed him to engage, personally, with high- level government officials on a myriad of issues.

Rocky is a graduate of the United Nations International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Nuclear Security Institute and the Preparatory Commission for the Comprehensive Nuclear Test Ban Treaty (CTBTO) Diplomacy Symposium on Nuclear Testing. Both were held at the United Nations in Vienna, Austria.

After four years in Prague and Central Europe, Rocky is back in Atlanta practicing law as of April 2019.

As an accomplished litigator, Rocky has a singular client mission: fight the good fight for his client.

During his career, Rocky has personally conducted well over 1000 or more depositions of witnesses, physicians, experts and plaintiff/defendants. Rocky has personally conducted hundreds of trials and an even greater number of pre-trial mediations, most to successful settlement. Rocky’s practice will focus in 3 primary areas: representing injured workers across Georgia on workers compensation claims, Catastrophic Personal Injury and Aggressive DUI Defense.
