About Ken Brosnahan

Since 1989, Kenneth W. Brosnahan has represented literally thousands of clients in the state and federal courts of Georgia and before the Georgia State Board of Workers’ Compensation. While Mr. Brosnahan’s practice has focused on assisting individuals in personal injury and workers’ compensation actions, Mr. Brosnahan has handled federal discrimination claims, corporate litigation matters and defended several uninsured employers.

About Rocky Babson

Rocky Babson was born and raised in Charleston, South Carolina. After high school, he joined the United States Air Force Reserve in 1993, where he was assigned to the 315th Security Forces Squadron. Thereafter he attended the University of South Carolina (GO COCKS!).  After graduating from the University of South Carolina, he moved to Miami, Florida to attend law school at St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami.

While in Miami, he remained active in the Air Force Reserve and was attached to the 482nd Security Forces Squadron.  While still attending law school, he was dispatched to serve in Kuwait with the 9th Air Expeditionary Forces at Ali al Salem Air Base, Kuwait.  While there, he received several accommodations, including the Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal.

Rocky Babson has represented hundreds of injured workers.  His practice is primarily focused on workers compensation injuries and serious personal injury plaintiff's cases, including wrongful death, product liability and death cases.
